HTN — Hutsmen Transit Network
Youth and family mobility routes, fleet safety, routing, ADA compliance, and community transit services. CDL exposure and driver pipeline.
HLFN — Hutsmen Logistics & Freight Network
Freight operations, warehouse management, merch production, fulfillment, dispatch, and independent driver pathways. DOT and FMCSA compliant.
RAP — Roadstead Ascension Program
The flagship adult workforce pipeline. CDL training, logistics, leadership development, and employment placement. Harbor → Roadstead → Ascension → Legacy.
HAI — Hutsmen Ascension Initiative
Workforce, reentry, and community restoration. Youth probation diversion, parent reintegration, returning citizen workforce, and identity development.
OEC — Obsidian Engineering Corps
Elite engineering, mechanical, and fabrication workforce program. Automotive restoration, diesel mechanics, industrial systems, CNC, and apparel manufacturing. OSHA, ASE, and welding certified.
CTS — CDL Training Systems
Classroom instruction, simulator training, yard and road skills, DOT testing prep, and CDL-A/B exam support. 2–4 months to licensure. Graduates earn $55K–$78K annually.
BSS — Boafo Support Services
Financial literacy hub, broker hub, workforce registry, and wraparound support services. The economic empowerment engine of the Forge Guild.
