Why "Guilds"?
At HLH, divisions are called Guilds โ a cultural name rooted in the tradition of mastery, craft, and institutional belonging. Each Guild carries its own identity, Adwene (guiding principle), Village alignment, and ceremonial role. Guilds are not departments. They are dynasties within the dynasty.
