NAP — Nkyen Adwuma Praxis
The core culinary arts and hospitality training program. 12–24 weeks of hands-on culinary instruction, food production, event service, and ServSafe certification. Starting pay $16–$24/hr.

Culturally grounded food education — African diaspora cuisine, food sovereignty, community nutrition, and cultural food events that celebrate heritage through the plate.
Campus Dining Operations
Real-world experience running the HLH campus dining facility. Menu planning, food prep, service, inventory, and team management — a working kitchen, not a classroom.
