Forge Guild

Stewardship Guild
Education & Youth DevelopmentThe educational heart of HLH. A private Afrocentric school (Grades 6–12), youth governance, leadership fellowships, early childhood development, and cultural mastery.
Dominion Guild

Principle Guild

Why “Guilds”?
At HLH, divisions are called Guilds — a cultural name rooted in the tradition of mastery, craft, and institutional belonging. Each Guild carries its own identity, Adwene (guiding principle), Village alignment, and ceremonial role. Guilds are not departments. They are dynasties within the dynasty.

Youth Pipeline
Early childhood → Youth identity → Academic mastery → Royal Society honors → Leadership foundations → Institutional pillars
Adult Pipeline
Stabilization → Leadership foundations → 4-semester fellowship → Senior leadership → Institutional stewardship
Closed-Loop System: Roadstead Fellows return to serve Sankofa as Crown Chamber mentors, PBAT evaluators, Rites of Passage facilitators, and identity mentors — creating a multi-generational leadership cycle.
Bloom Village
Early IdentityWhere children learn who they are, where they come from, and what it means to belong to a village. Bloom Village forms the root identity of the next generation.

The HLH Legacy Campus is more than a building — it's the physical manifestation of a 100-year promise. Anchored by Legacy Hall, it serves as a Black-led ceremonial, cultural, and economic hub for Rochester and beyond.
Under one roof: workforce training facilities, athletic courts, culinary kitchens, media studios, classrooms, and community gathering spaces. Every square foot is designed to transform lives.
The campus generates its own revenue through event hosting, catering, logistics contracts, and workforce development funding — building toward full financial independence.
